All PixelBrite.com® products and services are packaged in Blue, Green, and Red levels, including our graphic design packages—each with convenient hourly and recurring variations.

Begin with Blue for the budget conscience or step up to Green for entry level business solutions. Our premium Red packages incorporate generous time allotments for design centric, time-intensive creative projects.

Purchasing any Designer™ package also entitles you to all of the services and benefits of its corresponding Blue, Green, or RedSupport™ package. For clients that need a designer or support specialist every month, consider our recurring package variations. These simple design packages enjoy the added benefit of an extra rate discount below our advertised hourly rates. Once purchased, rates are locked-in for all projects you have while an active subscription is maintained.

How it Works

Our packages embrace simplicity. Each is based on a block of time with an easy cart check-out system and online design and support center to facilitate project workflow. Most designs fall into one of three categories: small, medium, and large projects—and we have a package to match each type. For example, a small business card design will fit nicely into our BlueDesigner™ 1-hour package. Brochures, website graphics, advertisements, and artwork typically fit into BlueDesigner™ with add-on time, or consider GreenDesigner™ for a reduced rate. RedDesigner™ is an excellent choice for tackling more complex design projects.

After placing an order you will receive a special product welcome email. Shortly after, our design department will initiate a project-ticket to obtain a project description, design parameters, and preferences. This project-ticket can be started by the client with file attachments and other design documents from our Design and Support Center. Once we receive your instructions, a designer will be in constant contact with you throughout the project.

Project Support & Turn-Around

Our packages embrace quick turnarounds with each integrated into our Design & Support Center workflow. Simple-to-submit project forms with attachments keep the communication lines open with every message tracked by us—and you. Your account includes full histories of all communications for future referral. Project requests and collaboration using our Design & Support Center will ensure your message and files are instantly delivered to the appropriate staff and handled expeditiously.

Logo Design

We offer three logo design products based on our Designer™ package offerings. These packages are streamlined and focused for the budget conscience while executed in three simple stages: 1) Research 2) Three-Step Design Process 3) Finalize. Delivery & Downloads

We provide you with convenient project downloads direct from the PixelBrite.com® servers and your client account area—no 3rd party download mess to complicate project delivery. During your project, optimized compositions are provided via our Design & Support Center in easy to view, small attachments. This adds additional speed to your project development by eliminating the need for lengthy downloads until things are finalized. Once final, project files are always accessible from your PixelBrite.com® account.

Digital Artwork

We do that. Crossing the boundaries of graphic design into the Art side of things is our playground. Anything goes—city government activities, festivals, or digital paintings of loved ones. Smell that turpentine? We’re ready…

No Contracts

You simply pay up front for a package that reserves a design specialist for the included time. No strings attached. Even our monthly and annual plans are contract free. These services simply expire or conclude after the package time duration. So if your design requirements increase, simply cancel your Monthly subscription and order a new package. Although our packages flexibly fit within most personal and business design needs, there are always exceptions. We invite you to contact us so we can discuss a special plan that will fit your needs if one of our packages doesn’t fully satisfy your requirements.
